Philip Schroeder, Sales Representative to our sales team!
Studying Geography at
university, Philip longed to see more of the world. So he decided to
explore Asia, eventually landing in Japan, where he stayed for 19 years.
He worked six years as a trainer in a language school and taught grade 7 in
city schools for six years. He then started his own successful business
providing English language training to medical, business and technology
professionals. A big part of his job was simplifying complex concepts and
procedures and creating custom-made solutions to suit clients’ needs.
These are equally important skills in the world of real estate and something
Philip is particularly good at.
Philip is active in
his community, as he was in Japan, by volunteering with a number of
organizations, including the Rotary Club of Stratford, Stratford General
Hospital, the community meals program and others.
Philip was born and
raised in Stratford by parents George and Louise, also long-time
residents. This means he is deeply familiar with the city and area, its
services and its unique culture. After bringing his family home to Canada
two years ago, Philip was involved in the sale of Japanese farm and
construction equipment throughout Perth and Oxford counties. Since he’s
never shied away from a challenge or opportunity, he decided to make the move
into real estate. Honesty, sincerity and respect for his clients, as well
as for their time and resources are just a few of the traits that will serve
Philip well in his new career.
