We're Hiring an Administrative Assistant!

We are looking to add you as a part time Real Estate Administrative Assistant (20 hours per week with seasonal increases) to help us continue to push the status quo, bring innovation to our systems and creativity to solving problems.  Your days will consist of the following activities: Helping our clients on their way to selling or buying their home, tracking listings, processing offers, efficiently and effectively maintaining a high level of accuracy.  You will ensure our office is ready to welcome the public and that anyone who visits us remembers RE/MAX because we make a positive impact on their day! We are looking for exceptional organizational and written communication skills, the ability to pivot and juggle multiple priorities, excellent communication skills and strong computer skills. We seek a person who can serve as an ambassador for the company.
