Trevor started his real estate investment career when he bought his first investment property in London at age 19, where he attended Western University on a football scholarship. He has a deep understanding of the various phases of real estate investing, from the initial purchase, to renovations, to property management. Trevor's previous career in real estate development and new home construction gives him an unique advantage when assessing property prices.
